December 22, 2010

So for those of you NOT following along at home, we have had something like 22.5 FEET of snow fall since my last update and there is 12+ FEET of snow on the ground outside my deck right now. Needless to say hikes to the summit (or anywhere) are gone for now which is fine with me. I love the snow!!! Bring it on!!!. Plus I get major snuggle time in front of the fire. Especially when the power goes out and dad gets ripe after a few days. Mmmmm special treat time...

So now ski season is back in full bloom which is great! Now I get to visit with all my old buds up at the resort. And although I was not involved in this effort, it seems like some of my brothers have decided to do something to help out our two legged friends.

I am all in favor of helping these folks out. Trust me I've been around them a lot and they can use all the help we can give them. I've never once seen them sniff another butt... OK there was that one time, but my dad said something about "Jaeger" whoever he is... what was I saying? Oh ya, giving at Christmas. Here is a really great bunch of folks that can use help all year round: Humane Society of Truckee

Go there... buy a calendar (almost as cute as mine). Great folks!

And now on to the Christmas update. Where should I start? Good news or bad news? OK bad news first. Dad did his usual animal abuse (a Christmas tradition?). So here I am. Don't I look happy?

For the good news, I swear I found an elf in my bed the other night. Dad came home from some ski movie thingy up at the lodge and I am pretty sure one of Santa's little helpers followed him home. I'm not going to let him go just in case.

Max and I did agree to pose for a picture. Maybe it will make next years calendar (2011 calendar available at the Mr.Snax store) .

Nice hat huh? Here is a better one of just me (hey it's my website!!!)

Well that's it for now. Thanks for all the Christmas cards (and treats!!!). Dad gets the mail but I know what is in the box!. And a special shout out to Hannah, who apparently is someone I need to be kissing... as soon as she gets her butt out to the west coast. I'm gonna teach her about skiing and mountain life!

So I will finish this update without my usual sarcasm and wish every one a very Merry Christmas!

Bah hum bug. Like I could resist! I'm gonna go pee in Lu's litter box. That's my present to her. Bwa ha ha...,
